Upload images to 3DEchocardiography.com

Introduction

This section is intended for use by users who wishes to have their 3D images or related media considered for discussion on this site or to share information related to congenital heart disease.

As I have received numerous complaints about technical difficulties encountered during image upload, I have tried to simplify it here. The best option at present id to send the Full volume loop as email attachment or use the following steps.

Alternatively, upload your images:

Step1: Send an email to dr.vettukattil@gmail.com requesting access to the ftp server

Step2: Use the login name and password sent to you to access the ftp server account.

Step3: Use the Windows Explorer to view the ftp folder. To view the FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page (right upper corner of the browser), and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.

Step4: Upload your 3D FVL or other images to the folder '3D images'

Step5: Please send an email (3dechocardiography@gmail.com) to confirm that you have uploaded the images.

Please email me directly if you have any trouble using this format.

Note: Please include your name, instituition and detailes of the files you wish to upload in the email request. If uploading images for diagnosis and discussion, please do not forget to add colour 3D images. Always use raw, uncompressed, full volume datasets.

Ofcourse, you can continue to use this link also for angios and 2D echos for discussion as before.
