Arch anomalies
3D echocardiography is useful in defining vascular structures.
We have used it in localizing the arch as well as delineating structural anomalies of the arch. MPR is often used for accurate localization of branching pattern of the great vessels and defining double arch

Colour angiogram can be useful in cases where the vascular flow dynamics are important. The image below shows right pulmonary artery arising normaly from main pulmonary artery. The arterial duct then connects with the arch and the left pulmonary artery arises from aorta.
