Tricuspid Valve Prolapse
Prolapsing Antero-Superior Leaflet (ASL)
The movie clip below is shown both from the atral and ventricular aspects. The mural leaflet appears normal. The septal leaflet has significant delamination abnormality and is held down. Most of the ASL is prolapsing at the coaptation plane with the septal leaflet. However, it is difficult to appreciate the functional abnormality in the from the ventricular aspect.
